We’ll connect, talk, share, vent, do a little of all those things, or simply sit in silence.
These unstructured sessions are designed to be a time for you to share space with another human, to be heard, to be seen, to sit together in grief.
There is no requirement for the type of grief or loss you’re wanting to chat about.
I am not a registered coach* or therapist*. I am a human being who knows the power and healing that accompanies authentic connection and grieving out loud (or in silence) in the company of others.
